CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE



A Healthcare Company in Johor Bahru Malaysia is Currently Looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE /FRONT DESK CA who speak Mandarin and English language



Duties and Responsibilities includes:


Oversees all activity at the Reception Center


Checks patients in and out


Handles transactions


Helps patients make appointments


Follows up with missed appointments


Educate patients



Handles telephone calls in and out


Work environment is friendly, clean and modern


Qualifications:

* At least 6 months' experience as a Customer Service Representative

*Good Communication skills (Fluent in Mandarin and English )

*A detail oriented person and able to multi- task

* Knowledgeable about Customer Relationship principles and
practices

* Must possess the qualities of a good Leader

* Proficient in MS Office Applications

Successful candidate will have effective communication
skills. Other qualities that are favoured include patience and compassion.



Compensation RM 3000
