|
Job Responsibilities:- - Responsible to perform and organize general administration duties including attending to customers inquiries, process sales and purchase contracts, process delivery order and so on.
- Maintain up-to-date filling records, arranging booking such as hotel, flight, and restaurant and word process letters under comprehensive instruction.
- Distribute of faxes and mail and sending out greetings card to customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in any field.
- Preferably between 20-26 years of age
- Preferably with experience in handling shiping documents.
- PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Reliable, able to work independently and has a desire to grow with the company.
- Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Chinese Female applicant.
