Job Description:

Responsibilities:
-To attend all inbound and outbound calls courteously
-Attend to enquiries via phone and / or email .
-Perform customer service duty (includes collect payment from customers) at front service counter accordingly (walk-in customers)
-Responsible for front desk functions
-General administrative clerical works such as filing and -Responsible for operation division administrative duties
-Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior / management when necessary
-Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
-Maintains an adequate inventory of office’s equipments
-Assists and provides general administrative and clerical support as required
 

Job Requirements:

Requirements 
-Minimum SPM Level 
-Possess good communication and positive attitude 
-Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage 
-PC literature with proficiency in Microsoft office
 -Able to speak English well

-Accommodation will be provided
