Job Description:

Needs to hire 5 FreelancersWe are looking for a number of representatives to handle Outbound sales duties for Japan. Please send your "Skype id" together with your resume. 

Responsibilities:
  • Committed to a full time position and a working schedule from 9am to 6pm Germany time;
  • Develops call patterns to former and existing customer to convey promotional and product information and secure reorders for products or services;
  • Closes sales via the telephone with targeted customers to ensure placement of products/services;
  • Timely and efficient responses to inbound calls;
  • Effectively communicates the benefits of the Client company products and programs during inbound and outbound sales opportunities;
  • Follow company guidelines for solicitation including, but not limited to, script adherence in telephone communications;
  • Ensure compliance of timekeeping, including clocking in & out procedures and attendance;
  • Meet the established minimum target quota of net qualified packages on a bi-weekly basis;
  • Maintain a company-set average calls per day (outbound and inbound total);
  • Provides quality service to both internal and external customers;
  • Respond to all customers in a positive and professional manner;
  • Answers questions and offer other information, as requested or needed; 
  • Initiate the investigation for potentially serious complaints when appropriate;

Job Requirements:

Contractor requirements

We are looking for a contractor who:
1. Is available for 8 hours per day.
2. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job.
3. Has a solid command of the Japanese language.
4. Has 50% or more English for training and internal communication purposes. 
5. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It can not be wireless nor through a datacard. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net
6. Windows environment: We work with a windows based web program. We do require for you to have a computer that runs on windows or has a windows environment already installed. Your operating system must be original.
7. Headset: This headset can be simple but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
