Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed message
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and answer and send out faxes as needed
Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed
Operate office machinery such as computers, photocopiers, and printers; perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
Conduct routine verification to ensure integrity of filing system
Ensure all faxed documents and outgoing mails have been received by receivers.
All hard copies such bank documents, contracts, agreements should be filed in accordingly order.
Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability
Able to issue some of the bank form such as letter of credit, telegraphic transfer, bank rentas and etc.
Renew company licences, car licences and other insurance policies.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Job Requirements:

STPM, diploma or equivalent required; academic background in business administration
Several years of experience in administrative support roles or office management
Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
Self-starter who works well independently
Effective problem-solver
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills
Professional demeanor
