 Jobseeker may send his resume to apply the job online via YyJob.net sites in reply to any job advertisement. Jobseekers may view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for personal, noncommercial use. Jobseekers may not impersonate another person, post false, inaccurate or misleading information. Resume postings must contain the accurate resume of a living individual seeking employment on his or her own behalf.

Employers/advertisers will be entitled to use the YyJob.net web sites to advertise jobs. Employers have the right to access and use the site for internal business purpose to seeking shortlisted candidates only. Employer may not sell, transfer or assign any database (resume) or products or service to any third party. Employers will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement. YyJob.net reserves the right to edit any advertisement or web page as it sees fit.

All document or advertisement does not contain the discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, solicitations of business (club memberships, distributorships, post chain letters or pyramid schemes, posting opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise), or breach the copyrighted material, trade secrets, misappropriates any other intellectual property or anything that is embarrassing and offensive to another person or entity. YyJob.net is under no obligation to monitor the documents posted on the site, but will be monitoring all documents at randomly.
